I enjoy a bit of solo adventure, especially in a plane or a canoe!  However, there are some excursions that are more profitable when a knowledgeable experienced person is engaged and guiding the way. Transacting in real estate could be one such adventure. Moving to Norwalk almost 20 years ago we appreciated our ‘cwazy driver’ real estate agent who traversed the countryside in search for our dream place in the country! I have been here long enough to watch Norwalk, Iowa transform from a bedroom community of Des Moines, to a thriving town of its own. The market here is unique, the opportunities are sometimes obscure. A little guidance could make the maze a successful adventure, adventure is better with a guide.
