My name is Alex Senecaut.
I am glad you are looking into who I am. This is an exciting year for me. I am a senior at Norwalk High School, expecting to graduate this spring, 2018. The Des Moines and Norwalk, Iowa areas have always been my home and the places I have been learning to live life to its fullest. I like to be active, whether it is outdoors with friends or in the gym. Music is one of my passions; I play the guitar and experiment with a variety of types of music with my friends. I belong to the Fellowship Community Church in Norwalk. People are important to me; I am always working at building relationships.
For the remainder of this school year I am interning at EXIT Realty North Star in Norwalk. Here I am experiencing what it takes to become a real estate agent and what is involved in the process of buying and selling houses. Real estate transactions are usually the largest purchase people make; it is also an intimate one as a house becomes one’s home, the go to place for shelter, comfort, and companionship with one’s family. I would love to be a part in helping people in this search and decision of their dreams.
Part of my internship involves as close to real-life situations as possible. This is the reason I have created this biography and have directed you to visit our website to view it. The only way people know my goals and purposes is if I tell them. When I do become an agent, the only way people will know I am available to assist them in their real estate needs is because they have been told. Marketing is a big thing in business, especially for an entrepreneurial whose product is himself. I will be creating marketing pieces and campaigns that will allow me to see the technology that is available in this industry as well as the effort involved. These ‘marketing’ materials will be samples and may or may not contain factual information.
Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. If you would be willing to receive ‘marketing’ materials from me throughout my internship and give me feedback, please fill out this simple form found here.
