It’s a New Year and another opportunity to achieve goals and dream big! But deep down there’s a nagging feeling… a feeling that the fresh start that kicked off the New Year will soon fade into the same old routines.

Do you want 2016 to be different? If so, that difference can come by focusing on one word: RELATIONSHIP.

On January 26th from 10:30 a.m. to noon at EXIT Realty North Star – Indianola office, you have an opportunity to hear something different. You have an opportunity to actually bring your dreams and goals into reality. The key: it’s all about relationships.

Join Adam Steen of 25Connections, as he takes you through the process of building relationships by “Winning the Relationship Game.” You will learn who you truly are, you will learn where you fit in, and you will learn the tools you need to create real value for yourself and others, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships in 2016.

This is not a motivational speech. This is a realistic approach to personal, professional, and business development that has worked for hundreds of individuals and companies across the Midwest.

Join us! You won’t be disappointed.

 ERNSBombusPolaris Smart Car

Did you see Bombus Polaris?

Bombus Polaris is EXIT Realty North Star's little SMART Car that buzzes around town! He got his name because someone just about his size thought he looked like a "bumblebee car!"

Jon, our broker, was out and about one day this spring running errands in the Smart Car. He followed a mom and her young daughter into a store and overheard the little girl comment, "Mom, did you see the bumblebee car?"

Well, that sweet name stuck to the little Smart Car like pollen to a bee's foot! With a quick bit of  research, we at EXIT Realty North Star discovered the Artic bumblebee!

Bombus Polaris is the scientific name for the Artic bumblebee. Polaris is the name of the North Star! So, of course, EXIT Realty North Star’s Smart Car that was so sweetly dubbed the “bumblebee car,” should be named Bombus Polaris!

Everyone knows how industrious bees are in pollination, the making of honey and beeswax. We at EXIT Realty North Star do not mind at all being associated with bees. We work hard at matching owners to homes, making sweet deals and sealing them with good, positive service.

How do I thank Mr. Jonas, he wondered, for what he's done? How do I thank him, how pay him back? No way, no way at all. You just can't pay. What then? What? Pass it on somehow, he thought, pass it on to someone else. Keep the chain moving. Look around, find someone, and pass it on. That was the only way....
