Candace brings a unique blend of professionalism, service, and experience to EXIT Realty North Star. 

Candace graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drake University.  She has formerly held several security licenses with the NASD, including Series 7 and 24.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors, and the Des Moines Association of Realtors.

Candace, her husband Brian, and the younger of their two daughters, Alexandria, live on an acreage in Indianola.  Their older daughter Whitney, and their granddaughter Emilia also live in Indianola.  Her father and mother, a real estate veteran with 30 years of experience, still live in her childhood home in Norwalk.

As an OICP certified real estate investor with 14 rentals of her own, and as a former Senior Vice-President for one of the world's largest insurance organizations, Candace recognizes the value of knowledgeable, sincere, personalized service.
